I just wanted to let you know that your ‘Weekend Wellness’ articles have been such an inspiration for my daughter who has for the last year had to deal with the loss of her lower bowel following a severe attack of Ulcerative Colitis. She has now had a new one constructed from the remaining intestines and is now nearly back to her old self. She is starting to take control of her life again and your views on many aspects of life and health have really helped. Many thanks John
